BWT Osmotron

Technology Visually Explained

The Osmotron is the first device for "cold" production of Water for Injection (WFI). Unlike energy-intensive distillation, it uses reverse osmosis, enabling up to 65% cost savings in operation. Media Apparat transformed this complex ultrapure water process into a visual experience.

Interactive Mapping Reveals the Process Flow

To present the process and benefits aesthetically, we staged the physical Osmotron model using transparent screen mapping. This augmented reality installation created a dynamic effect that explained the reverse osmosis flow live. Supplementary USPs and data points were displayed.
