RINGANA produces natural cosmetics and, in addition to the highest quality and absolute freshness, also focuses on sustainability and the conservation of resources.
The physical RINGANA Convention was previously one of the most important marketing instruments of the corporate group and the event highlight of the year with a live audience of more than 6,000 RINGANA partners. During the event, RINGANA presents new products and also trains its sales network.
Conference Virtually Redefined
Since innovation is an essential part of the RINGANA philosophy, we seized the opportunity to evolve the idea of the annual conference and transfer it into the virtual space.
The result was the first RINGANA Virtual Convention. The concept is based on a TV show, including training sessions, panel discussions, and live broadcast in 26 countries.
Personalised User Experience
A key component was a specially developed web platform that combines shopping experience, presentations, entertainment, and interaction, enabling a personalised user experience. Smart ticket registration processes (e.g. personal greetings) and a "Hall of Fame" to share achievements created a personal touch.
The virtual RINGANA Convention web stream player was custom-built and offers the ability to access translations in 9 languages simultaneously and participate in live interactions during the show.

Online vs. Offline
Before the event, all participants received a "Convention Kit" with RINGANA brand content. One of these was a sealed mystery box that was not to be opened before the final presentation of the event. It contained two unbranded samples of a new RINGANA product.
The Result
The set sales target was far exceeded with an increase of over 100% compared to previous events. Due to the outstanding result, the decision was made to conduct all future RINGANA events as virtual or hybrid events.
