On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, RINGANA planned a large-scale event that built on the success of physical conventions while also leveraging the advantages of the 2020 virtual events. The result was an award-winning hybrid event with multiple stages, conceived for live attendees and online viewers alike.

An Interactive Platform

Personalised Experiences for All

A specially developed web platform was the central communication tool. It combined shopping experience, presentations, and interactions. Through personalised user experiences controlled by smart ticket and registration processes, each attendee could be individually greeted and guided.

Opening Show

The different programme segments of the event were presented within a specially conceived audiovisual opening show. Central elements were show acts that, through different dance styles, represented the company philosophy values and were assigned to the respective programme segments.

Stage Design

A special feature was the spatial concept that envisaged three stages in one room. Instead of using bumpers and time-consuming walk-ons and walk-offs, focus was deliberately shifted from one stage to another auditorily and visually through a light show.

Event CI & Motion Graphics

The event CI specially developed for the anniversary event included numerous visualisations as well as different icons that thematically structure the event. The recurring elements serve as orientation aids and run through the entire visual communication.
