Media Apparat is a design and production studio specialising in the staging of multimedia appearances. Our work focuses on 2D and 3D animation as well as video production. Fresh, young design meets cutting-edge technology.

- The salary range for this position is individually negotiated based on qualifications, with a minimum annual salary of €55,000 gross at 38.5h/week.
Your Tasks
- Structured planning and execution of creative projects such as Opera in the Quarry, Johann Strauss Museum – New Dimensions, polySTAGE at ACV Vienna...
- Analysis of technical feasibility (event technology/multimedia technology for exhibitions, permanent installations, and events)
- Planning and monitoring of resources (budget, personnel, etc.)
- Price negotiations with external service providers
- Stakeholder management and client support in every project phase
- Execution of live brand appearances with new technologies
- Developing extraordinary ideas together with our creative team
- Defining and reviewing project goals
- Close collaboration with designers, partners, external agencies, and clients
- Leading project teams (multimedia installations, content production, events, etc.)
- Reporting project progress to supervisors
- Ensuring timely completion
Your Qualifications and What We Cannot Do Without:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in large event productions with a focus on technology, multimedia exhibitions, or content productions.
- Preferably completed commercial or technical education (technical college, university of applied sciences)
- High affinity for event technology (video, audio, lighting technology)
- Excellent communication skills, social competence, and teamwork ability
- Results-oriented and structured working style
- High degree of personal responsibility, goal-orientation, and service-orientation
- Reliability, independence, organisational talent, cost awareness
- Temporal flexibility and high resilience
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Driving licence B
